Dr Suresh H Advani is a famous oncologist who pioneered Hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in India. Struck by poliomyelitis at the age of 8 years, the wheelchair doctor studied at Grant Medical College, Mumbai and then completed his Masters in oncology.
